All Tanners perishable items are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with non-toxic gel packs to ensure they arrive at your door in peak condition.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Wednesday are typically processed the same day. To avoid weekend transit delays, we do not ship perishable items on Thursdays or Fridays.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Tanners only ships within the continental United States to ensure that our food products maintain their freshness and safety standards during the shipping process.
